And, being a fellow clarinet player, I recognized Pete Fountain, a very popular Dixieland musician back then - probably the 2nd-most recognizable Dixieland dude after Al Hirt, a trumpeter, who I think performed at halftime of one of the early (single digit) Super Bowls.
Well, I am a member of the “Clarinet Fraternity.” Good question on No. 3 - if anyone should be prepared to respond to that question, it’s me. Maybe Wynton Marsalis, although he was in a much later generation than the other two - the Marsalis clan is New Orleans royalty.
This was an absolute hoot, you two are so funny, what a great host you are Henny (I can learn a thing or two, I need to study your calm, nonplussed demeanour in more detail).
I vaguely remember watching this game live whilst living in Germany, we had no school the next day, thankfully, since the game kicked off around 2am local time. My friend at the time was a big Broncos fan and re-watching this now, what a poor game plan they had, so badly outcoached.

Funnily, I did something sort of like this around this time a year ago, but on my own, from a language teacher's perspective analysing Zelenksy's visit to the White House. And a Ukrainian friend of mine has been pestering me for ages to do a kind of podcast where she talks about her favourite pop culture stuff (she's into loads of American reality TV, the Kardashians, Rupaul's Drag Race, stuff like that) and I comment cluelessly from my cranky old Gen X perspective.
