I’m a 50-year-old dad, husband, and former college football coach.

I write about things that interest me, make me laugh, or make me stop and think for a minute. Hopefully you’ll find some version of that in every post…along with the occasional nudge to see things a little differently.

Stories, observations, and the stuff that actually matters. Usually with a little humor, some perspective, and the occasional WTF.

I also host a podcast (every other Wednesday) with authors, athletes, and people who didn’t take a straight path. Basically, people I find interesting.
